Podium is a members-only connection platform for ambitious women on non-linear career paths. Our members are in different seasons, but all figuring it out – questioning the corporate ladder, building on the side or full-time, or simply just thinking about it. We help you find your accomplices, so you never have to navigate your chapter alone.
Why did we create Podium?
Most women today want something beyond the 9-5. We’ve stopped buying into the idea of climbing the corporate ladder indefinitely and started asking what else is possible.
But you realise something pretty quickly: nobody around you seems to get it because they’re still on the conventional path.
So when you’re deciding whether to start something, take your side project seriously, or make the leap into building something of your own, you’re often figuring it out alone.
There are so many ambitious and capable women who have outgrown the traditional career path and are thinking about what comes next. But they can be hard to find, especially in Singapore, because there’s no real infrastructure for it.
We believe women grow, move further, and faster when they’re surrounded by other ambitious women. So instead of leaving it to luck or hit-or-miss coffee chats, we built Podium to help you find that circle.
