Why We
Podium is a connection club for women in Singapore who want more than the 9–5. Our members are in different seasons, but all figuring it out – questioning the corporate ladder, building on the side or full-time, or simply just thinking about it. We help you find your people, so you never have to navigate your season alone.
Why did we build Podium?
You wanted something beyond the 9-5. At some point climbing the ladder just wasn’t it anymore and you started asking what else was possible.
Not many people around you are asking the same questions though, because most are still on a conventional path.
So you're weighing up a career change, wondering whether to take the side project seriously, or building something of your own. But you're often figuring it out alone.
There are plenty of women in Singapore at exactly this point. There's just nothing set up to help you meet them.
We believe that women move faster when they're around other women doing the same things. So rather than leave it to luck and hit-or-miss coffee chats, we built Podium.
