Why is there a membership fee — and what makes Podium different?
Podium is for women who want real value for the time they spend in community. We have a full time team offering a consistent experience for members which we aim to make better over time.
We facilitate curated member introductions and are proud to offer the most comprehensive and consistent calendar of events for modern women in Singapore. Most of our events are intimate (groups of 7 or less) and in private venues. We run retreats in destinations like Bali, and over 20 events each month in Singapore.

We’re a diverse group of women living in Singapore, mostly in our 20s to 40s — a mix of locals and foreigners, across industries, backgrounds, and life paths. You can see a few of our members featured on our Instagram.

Do I have to attend a minimum number of events?
Not at all. Join what fits your life — some members attend weekly, others once a month. There’s no pressure, just options.
What kinds of events are offered?
We run over 20 events each month - a mix of events each designed for a specific purpose. Check out our calendar here.
- To Reflect: Intimate hosted dinners (<7pax) discussing a particular topic or challenge; come as you are, honest & vulnerable.
- To Learn: Expert led workshops or sessions that encourage learning in a safe environment; come curious & open.
- To Mingle: Casual unstructured activities such as walks, brunches etc; come ready to socialize.
How does the retreat discount work?
Your membership gives you $300 off any upcoming Podium Retreat — a deeper, immersive experience for members ready for a reset.
Can I pause or cancel anytime?
Yes. Your membership renews every quarter, and you can pause or cancel before the next cycle begins. We allow pauses for 1 quarter per year.
Is this membership only for women in Singapore?
For now, yes — our in-person events are based in Singapore. But we’re growing, and you’ll be the first to know when we expand.
Why do I have to pay separately for events if I’m already paying a membership fee?
Your membership fee includes access to the Podium community (over 300 women), the platform, curated member introductions, and free online reflection circles. On top of that there is a full calendar of gatherings, and each event is then priced separately (usually $10–30) depending on the format, whether there’s food, a host, or a venue involved.
This way, you only pay for what you join, without wasted fees or pressure to attend everything. You get to choose what fits your season, schedule, and energy.
Most paid member's clubs that include all event costs in their membership end up charging steep annual fees. We wanted to keep our membership affordable and flexible.

Rooted Retreat FAQ
Where is it?
We’ll be staying in a private villa estate in surrounded by natural beauty — about 2 hours from the airport. It’s intentionally away from the city, so once you’re there, it’s all about slowing down. No errands, no outings. Just rest.
When is it?
16-19 April, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday). You’ll need to land in Bali before 12pm on 16 April and then check out from the villa will be 12 pm on 19 April. You’ll only need to take 2 days of leave — we’ll handle the rest.
Who else will be there?
Expect a mix of thoughtful women in their late 20s to early 40s, all living in Singapore — all craving something more real.
What about travel?
Flights are not included. But once you register, we’ll share our recommended flight options to help you coordinate with the group. Pickup and drop-off from the airport to the villa are included.
What happens after I book?
You’ll get a welcome email with next steps, packing tips, and a quick form so we can get to know you better.
What’s the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations made before 15 February will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made after 15 February are non-refundable, as we commit to accommodations and experiences in advance.
- If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another woman in the community (with our support).
